Mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and set aside.
In another bowl mix together the butter (room temperature) with the sugar. Once this is fully mixed add in the eggs and vanilla.
Once the eggs and vanilla have been added slowly add in your dry mix.
Next cut your Reese’s cups.
Cutting tip: flip the Reese’s upside down and cut. The cuts are much cleaner and don’t separate the peanut butter : )
Mix and fold in the Reese’s cups into the dough.
Now you are ready to bake !
Take small scoops and roll the dough into a small/medium sized ball and place on your baking tray.
Bake at 175 C for five to eight minutes (this will give you soft and chewy cookies). Keep in a bit longer if you prefer a crunch.
